Meet the Maker: Steve Prickett of Eldora Chocolate
If you love chocolate in all forms – artisan bars, truffles, shaken, stirred and served up – join us at Town & Ranch with Steve Prickett, the award-winning mastermind behind Eldora Chocolate. Sample our new Los Poblanos chocolate bar and sip a chocolate-inspired cocktail (or mocktail) while Steve shares stories about the art and history of making chocolate.
Eldora has been a long-time Los Poblanos partner and we are thrilled to collaborate on a custom chocolate bar highlighting the signature flavors of Los Poblanos. Be one of the first to sample this new bar and learn about how it was made. Steve’s creations have earned National and World Championship recognition from the prestigious International Chocolate Awards and the Academy of Chocolate, and we are lucky to have his passion and expertise right here in Albuquerque.
Tickets are $15 and include a special beverage from our bar team.
