Do you allow pets?
Los Poblanos adheres to a strict no-pet policy as the property is a working farm and wildlife habitat. The only animals allowed at Los Poblanos are service dogs. We adhere to the ADA guidelines regarding service animals. Service dogs in training and Emotional Support animals are not protected under the ADA Laws and are not considered service animals. This applies to guests of the Inn, Campo, Farm Shop, Spa and other day visitors to the property. We will gladly recommend boarding arrangements with a nearby kennel.
Do you offer gift cards?
We offer gift cards in any amount that may be redeemed at the Inn, Hacienda Spa, in the Farm Shop and at Campo. Gift cards can be purchased online or at any of our retail locations.
Do you have hypoallergenic bedding?
We offer cotton pillows and comforters, please let us know when booking or upon arrival so we can remove the feather pillows from your room.
What are your COVID-19 safe practices?
Los Poblanos is NM Safe Certified, a training in Covid Safe Practices to ensure all customers and employees remain safe and healthy. Read more about our well-being hospitality model.
Is the property open to the public?
Our field-to-fork restaurant, Campo, boutique retail Farm Shop, and our botanically-based Hacienda Spa, are open to the public daily. Dining is by reservation only. Guided property tours and public programming is offered regularly, please see our Calendar for dates and details. View our Open Space policy, which includes a map showing public spaces. To ensure the privacy of our guests, the entire Los Poblanos property is only open to the public for special events.
Do you allow photo shoots?
Our property guests are welcome to take personal photos during their stay without a photo pass. For non-lodging guests interested in staged, posed or commercial shoots please read our guidelines and submit an inquiry form. While photography is welcomed at the property, we kindly request that it is conducted without disruption to other guests, private events and staff and with the preservation of the historic property in mind.
